Consumer protection

Coxa Carry International AB, registration number 559052-6538, and its e-business www.coxacarry.com, follow the provisions of the Distance and Doorstep Sales ACT (SFS 2005:59), the Consumers’ Sales Act (SFS 1990:932) and the Personal Data Act (SFS 1998:204) for all purchases made through www.coxacarry.com.

Purchase agreement

By completing a purchase, you the consumer enter into a purchase agreement with Coxa Carry International AB that is subject to the following general terms and conditions.

Order confirmation

Upon completion of the purchase, an order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address. This order confirmation serves as your receipt and guarantee of the fact that the order has gone through. It is therefore important that you provide us with the correct e-mail address.

Prices and charges

All prices listed on www.coxacarry.com are inclusive of VAT when applicable. For orders, a shipping cost of Euro 9.90 applies. For orders within Sweden, a shipping cost of Euro 7.90 (79.00 kr) applies.

You can pay with payment cards such as VISA, EURO/MASTERCARD, and VISA/Electron. You also have the option to pay with: Swish and Klarna.
The amount will only be deducted from your account once the order/package is dispatched from our warehouse. All prices are listed in EURO and include VAT

Agreements with minors

Coxa Carry International AB only enters into agreements with individuals 18 years of age or older.

Delivery time

Normal delivery time is 2–7 working days from the date you receive confirmation from our online store that your order has left our warehouse. If your package is delayed, a member of our customer services team will contact you, and you will have the chance to cancel your order. Goods are sent to the closest delivery point. Our products are delivered by PostNord in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark, and by FedEx or DHL world wide.

Unclaimed packages

You must collect your package within 14 days; otherwise it will be returned to Coxa Carry International AB. We charge SEK 200 for packages that are not claimed/collected.

Returns

Should you for any reason wish to return an item, please first contact our customer services team at customerservice@coxacarry.com and explain why you would like to return the goods. After we have approved the return, we will send you an electronic returns slip at no extra cost. Please package the item securely in its original packaging. The item must be unused. If the item has already been paid for, a refund will be made to the payment card within thirty (30) days.

Warranty

All items are covered by the Sale of Goods Act, which provides a 24-month warranty. This warranty means that, as a customer, you can file a complaint about defects or faults with the item that arise within 24 months of purchase.
The warranty does not cover issues that occur due to incorrect use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear. We take responsibility for the product until it has been delivered to the cardholder.

Cancellation rights

In accordance with the Distance Sales Act, you have the right to cancel all purchases within 14 days of purchase. Please contact our customer services team, who will send you an electronic returns slip at no extra cost. Please package the item securely in its original packaging. The item must be unused. The right to cancel a purchase applies from the day on which you received the package. If the order has already been paid for, a refund will be made to the payment card within thirty (30) days. For any queries regarding the right to cancel a purchase, please contact us at customerservice@coxacarry.com.

Complaints

If you discover a fault with any of our products, you are of course entitled to make a complaint. We comply with the Consumers’ Sales Act, by which this right to complain applies to original faults but not faults caused by wear and tear. Please contact our customer services team for assistance: customerservice@coxacarry.com.We will send you a return slip and cover any shipping costs that result from the complaint. In the case of any disputes, we follow the recommendations of Swedish ARN (the National Board for Consumer Disputes). Find out more about ARN here www.arn.se.

Transport damage

If your products have been damaged during transportation, please contact us as soon as possible. Complaints regarding damage incurred during transport must be made within one week of receiving the item.

Security

We work exclusively with well-known suppliers of card and invoice payment services who are PCI DSS compliant and who meet all applicable requirements regarding payment security and the handling of personal information online. We do not save any card details, and all of your information is encrypted.

Force majeure

In the event of situations that fall outside of Coxa Carry International AB’s reasonable control – for example, legislative changes, government action, industrial action, blockades, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flooding, natural catastrophes or similar – Coxa Carry International AB’s obligation to fulfil the purchase agreement shall be postponed as long as that situation continues.

KLARNA invoices

If you have chosen to pay by Klarna Invoice, the invoice will be sent to your e-mail address. It is therefore important that you provide us with the correct e-mail address. If you do not have your invoice, please contact our customer services team for assistance.
